Terms and Conditions
- If you are selecting budgeted package then hotels food, rooms and room facilities are not upto the mark as compare to deluxe and premium package. tour247 will not take guarantee on hotel services for budgeted packages. If you are travelling with family then we highly suggest to go with deluxe or premium package.
- Itinerary of the tour is fixed prior. There will be no deviation in the tour itinerary, other than the decision of Tour247 If tourist wants to take a deviation then He/ She has to born the requisite expenses.
- Tour247 will not undertake any liability towards any damage, loss of life / property or any other belongings whatsoever of the tourists in course of the tour.
- AC will not operate in hilly areas.
- Heater charges are not included in the package cost.
- Any additional charges like cooli, porter, pilgrim tax, Jungle Safari, Early check-in's, entry fees to any site seeing places, local conveyance, camera charges, boating, rides etc. are to be borne by the tourist.
- For Additional sightseeing points (not mentioned in the Itinerary) client has to bear the extra Km charges.
- There will be no refund for any changes / cancelation of the tour due to any unforeseen natural calamities or manmade disturbance / disasters which may occur during the tour like, landslide, earthquake, bandh, local agitation, cloud burst, unnatural rain & any similar disruption/emergency. If there is a change in the tour program due to climatic or unforeseen disaster extra cost to be borne by the Tourists. In case of medical Tour247 will workout on the possibility of Credit Note.
- Tour247 reserves all the right to change accommodation type in case of emergency.
- Traveller has to carry a valid photo ID proof (Voter,Aadhar, Driving Licence) while travelling.
- All services not mentioned in this travel package will be considered as exclusions.
